How fast do you ship orders?
Orders placed during our store hours are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after hours or on Sundays and holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Orders over $99 ship free within the continental U.S.
Do airsoft guns come with an orange tip?
Yes. All airsoft guns we ship include the federally required blaze-orange muzzle marking. Removing or altering this marking may be illegal and is done at your own risk. See our Age & Compliance page.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase airsoft guns, knives, and other age-restricted products. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Can you ship to my state or city?
We ship across the United States, but some airsoft and knife products are restricted in certain areas (for example, New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.). Please review our Shipping Restrictions and Knife Law Disclaimer pages. If an item can't be legally shipped to you, we'll cancel that item and refund you.
What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Refund/Cancellation Policy for full details, including any exceptions for used, gassed, or field-tested products.
My item arrived damaged or defective?
We're sorry about that. Contact us at support@thesurvivalmode.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you created an account, you can also view order status by logging in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.
