The Mod 65 is built with most of Hatsan’s exclusive features, including the Quattro 2-stage adjustable match metal trigger, the Quiet Energy fully shrouded barrel and integrated sound moderator, and the SAS (Shock Absorber System) that significantly reduces vibration. Firing at up to 1300 FPS and up to 24 FPE and offered in 3 different calibers: .177, .22, and .25, this air rifle is perfect for small game hunting AND target practice. The ergonomic design consists of an elevation adjustable Monte Carlo cheek piece, checkering on the grip and forend for better control and feel, and a ventilated rubber butt pad for recoil absorption. Additionally, integrated into the Mod 65, are contrasting adjustable fiber optic sights. But, if you don’t want to use them, we’ve also included a 3-9_32 Optima scope and rings. Using Hatsan’s QuietEnergy, fully shrouded barrel with integrated sound moderator and large muzzle break, allows for an easy cocking barrel, perfect for a beginning shooter. Hatsan pulled the Turkish walnut stock from the Mod 95 and gave it a makeover. Built with a pistol grip thumbhole stock and an adjustable Monte Carlo cheek piece, the Mod 65 is the only Hatsan air rifle with a wood pistol grip stock. Another Hatsan only feature is the metal Quattro Trigger, fully adjustable for trigger pull and travel. The Mod 65 can fire at up to 1300 FPS with lead-free pellets and produce up to 24 FPE.
The ventilated rubber butt pad and built in SAS – shock absorber system – allows for less felt recoil, making the Mod 65 more comfortable to shoot. Adding in its checkering on the grip and forearm for better control and feel, this air rifle is sure to be one of the best feeling break barrel air rifles on the market.
The Mod 65 is built with a grooved cylinder for 11mm dovetail scope mounts and a metal mounted scope stop. We have also included an Optima 3-9_32 scope to get you all setup up. Prefer open sights? No problem! The Mod 65 also features contrasting front and rear fiber optic sights. With the rear sights being micro-adjustable for windage and elevation.
Lastly, like all Hatsan break barrel air rifles, the Mod 65 is built with manual and automatic safeties, as well as an anti-bear trap safety. With all of these upgraded features, the Mod 65 is sure to be a new favorite!
